With a collective 30 years’ experience in property development, and with the support of a professional team of builders, architects, project managers, Chartered Accountants, engineers and town planners, Tony and Steven oversee the design, construction and project management of each development.
Our management team is intimately involved in the design, construction and project management of each development. We are always reviewing operating practices to incorporate social and environmental considerations, as well as sound business practices.

With more than 16 years’ Executive leadership at a Melbourne based Family Office, Tony has successfully overseen the establishment and management of a variety of operating companies across a broad range of property and financial services interests.
In his capacity as Co-Founder and Co-Managing Director of Oreana Property Group, Tony has delivered wide-ranging property projects from boutique residential developments, through to large-scale mixed-use commercial developments equating to the successful delivery of over 1 billion dollars of high-quality property projects across Australia.
As part of Oreana Group’s diversification and growth strategy, Tony lead the acquisition of National Australia Banks Private Wealth Advisory capability in Asia which has now been integrated into the Oreana Group’s Financial Services company.
An innovative and entrepreneurial leader, Tony’s responsibilities at Oreana include the strategic leadership and direction the Oreana Group’s Asia Pacific growth and diversification strategy as well as management and oversight of Oreana Property Group’s strategy, performance and operational excellence.
Over a career spanning more than 14 years within the property companies of the family office, Steven has developed a deep understanding of the full property cycle, from site acquisition to construction, development, delivery and sales & marketing.
As Co-Founder and Co-Managing Director of Oreana Property Group, Steven combines this keen insight with a strong collaborative approach to partner with both internal and external parties to manage large and complex teams and has overall responsibility for major development projects across the residential, commercial, retail, civil infrastructure and educational sectors bridging both wholly owned and joint venture projects.
Steven’s significant market experience and strong business acumen provides valuable input to Oreana Group strategy and is closely involved in the execution and management of the Asia Pacific growth plan.
Sven is responsible for Oreana Group’s corporate finance functions, which include accounting and finance, treasury and tax. He also plays a key role in the Group’s strategic planning and capital management. He has over 10 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors including property development, aged care, financial services, manufacturing and local government.
Prior to joining Oreana, Sven was an audit manager leading engagements on Corporate (startup to developed), Government and Associated entities with annual turnovers ranging from $10m to $500m. He has experience in all aspects of financial reporting, forecasting, robust internal control environments and process improvement.
Sven holds a Bachelor of International Business degree from Flinders University, a Masters of Business (Accountancy) from UNISA and a Diploma of Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (current member).
Paul has over 20 years property industry experience having held various senior client based roles both in Australia and overseas. The majority of his recent work has involved the planning, design, leasing and development of retail and mixed-use assets and he has gained a wealth of experience overseeing developments from conception through to completion.
Paul spent six years employed as a Development Manager for Centro Properties Group, ultimately gaining joint responsibility for the National Development Team with a project pipeline valued in excess of $1b. He has also worked in the Middle East as a Senior Development Manager for the highly regarded Majid Al Futt aim Properties, developers of projects such as Mall of the Emirates (Ski Dubai) and the Mirdif City Centre.
During his career, Paul has had direct involvement in developments valued in excess of $3b and personally overseen the delivery of more than 20 major projects as the responsible Development Manager. In addition to his specific development experience Paul has also held roles in property finance, asset management and funds management, rounding out his broader industry knowledge.
As a qualified civil engineer, John has 22 years of development management experience in all aspects of small and large scale land and built form projects – from acquisitions, financing, design, planning, stakeholder and community engagement, marketing, sales and delivery.
John has had extensive experience working on some of the country’s largest and most complex residential developments. He has also worked for leading developers Delfin, Lend Lease and Stockland and was responsible for key projects such as Lakeside at Pakenham, Caroline Springs, Highlands, Edgewater and Golden Grove. These projects have all achieved state, national and international industry recognition.
During Emma’s 15 years in the property industry she has acquired extensive experience in the delivery of a diverse range of property projects including large scale mixed-use, residential, commercial, education and master planned developments.
Emma is responsible for the planning, organising, securing and managing of resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
Having previously held roles in leading project management, architectural, property development and construction organisations, Emma has demonstrated a keen eye for detail and the ability to guide consultant teams with clear and decisive management.
Garry has extensive experience in Real Estate, with nearly 12 years of experience in the building industry. He holds knowledge in strategy development and implementation, transactions, general market advice including valuation reviews feasibility analysis and due diligence.
As one of the Partners in Oreana Property Group, Garry was also the Director of Asian Markets Oreana Property Select. He is responsible for overseeing the co-ordination and growth of the Asian Services Desk, with a strong focus on Client Care and servicing the needs of Asian clients. He also leads the team’s marketing and event strategy, ensuring a team of professionals in the Melbourne and overseas market can provide the best service to clients. He is highly skilled with a range of expertise and vast experience in Asian markets which helps to facilitate the offshore and onshore Asian capital expand their portfolio in Australia.
Garry is an Entrepreneur and a key member of Oreana Group whose knowledge and experience in the Asian market assists the growth of the Oreana Group Portfolio. With an understanding of a diverse market he is able to contribute towards major acquisitions and disposal, property development, residential property, joint ventures including contractual arrangement, trusts and partnerships, establishment of real estate funds, syndicate structuring and risk management.
