Craigieburn Junction, Craigieburn

Craigieburn Junction has been architecturally designed by renowned firm Leffler Simes Architects. The centre is located in a prominent high-traffic corner site, and will offer over 60 tenancies with over 23,000m2 of gross leasable floor space and 600 parking spaces. Alongside the retail stores there will be office spaces and a drive-through service station.

Findon Village, Wollert

Findon Village offers retail leasing and residential space within a fast-growing community, less than 30 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD. Anchored by Shell/Coles Express store, two fast food sites, a medical centre and nine speciality stores ranging from 84m2 to 217m2 surround a centrally-located Red Gum Tree. This modern mixed-use development is designed to maximise site exposure, providing nearly 110 metres of frontage along Epping Road, benefiting from approximately 14,000 passing vehicles per day.

This David Doyle Architects-designed retail and residential development has five retail tenancies occupying 400m2 along with 10 double-storey apartments and 25 three level townhouses.

Located in the heart of the Frankston bayside shopping district, this retail development has seven tenancies set over 1,000m2. The five-storey building, architecturally designed by CK Architecture, includes 60 residential apartments with bay views and off-street parking.

This modern 143 place childcare centre serves families with children from the ages of six weeks to five years old. Tarneit Early Learning Centre is set on 3,141m2 of land. The 143 place facility boasts eight separate learning rooms serving children from six weeks old to school age – including a pre-school program.
