Eanna O’Duill is Oreana’s Head of People & Culture, responsible for leading the People and Culture function across the Oreana Group, with a focus on organisational growth and the development of Oreana’s culture.

Eanna brings more than 20 years’ experience to his role across a broad range of disciplines including 15 years in strategic HR management.

Acting as a trusted People and Culture leader, Eanna provides strategic and operational expertise to stakeholders across the group, overseeing talent management, employee engagement, capability and leadership development.

Prior to joining Oreana, Eanna held a number of People and Culture roles across a variety of industries including professional services, software engineering and finance. Ranging from small scale start-up businesses through to global listed organisations, Eanna’s breadth of experience ensures he is ideally placed to support Oreana on its growth journey.
