Kate is a marketing, communications and sales specialist, with significant experience in both the B2C and B2B space. Whilst her category experience is diverse and includes (but not limited to) policy and media relations, education, health, not-for-profit and automotive, Kate has a genuine and deep-seated passion for property development and creating vibrant, future-focused communities.

With over 14 years’ experience in strategic leadership roles, Kate has an impressive track record in building business units and teams from the ground up. Having operated within blue-chip public and private companies, Kate has successfully led sales and marketing teams working on everything from boutique built-form projects, through to 30-year multi-billion dollar masterplanned communities of state significance. With hands on experience throughout South Australia, Queensland and most recently, Victoria, Kate understands firsthand the nuances of the spaces Oreana operates in, and is well equipped to deliver exceptional business performance, even amidst challenging landscapes.
