Oreana rebrands Pivot Project Group to Oreana Homes

After many years of collaboration, Oreana Property Group has announced the full acquisition of long-time partner Pivot Project Group and renaming of the company to Oreana Homes.

The acquisition comes as Oreana Group undertakes a structural reorganisation and launches a new brand across its diversified property, investment and financial services arms.

The newly named Oreana Homes will continue to focus on medium density and house and land residential projects, however some processes will change to better align the business to the broader group.

Executive Director of Oreana Homes and Oreana Group’s co-founder Tony Sass said the acquisition would enable greater growth outcomes and better internal alignment between teams.

“Going forward, the change in management and branding represents an opportunity for the evolution and growth of the Oreana Homes business,” he said.

“Over time Oreana Homes will transition from a residential construction business to an end-to-end builder, which provides great opportunity to take on bigger, more diverse, and more exciting projects.”

The acquisition sees Tony Sass become an Executive Director of Oreana Homes joining Richard Podkriznik as Managing Director.

The change enables great collaboration with Oreana’s other arms, which will also be boosted when the business moves into a new location at 627 Chapel Street in South Yarra in early 2022. Oreana Homes and Oreana Property will be co-located, enabling greater alignment between the teams and further enhancing the delivery of quality outcomes for clients and customers.
