With over 20 years’ experience, Oreana Property is a trusted development company with a talent for identifying growth opportunities across residential, commercial, retail and education.

As we grow, we are looking for talented people to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional communities that enrich the lives of those who live and work in them.

In the past 12 months, we’ve welcomed 10 new team members – seven in newly created roles designed to align with our future strategy. These join a group of more than 30 people spanning administration and support to development and project managers.

Following a recent restructure, we’re further growing our workforce across:

Our growth plans

The strength of Oreana Property in the market and our growth agenda are big drawcards for employees. With a strong track record in Melbourne, we’re moving into the Perth market and planning is underway to expand into other states with an intention to replicate our success across the country.
