Oreana Property - Chris Raywood

As Oreana Property Group’s Director of Property, Chris Raywood oversees the group’s development program including medium density housing, land subdivision, commercial and mixed-use projects.

He brings more than 25 years’ experience in property to his role, successfully developing and implementing property strategies for corporate and private developers in the past.

Prior to joining Oreana, Chris served as Head of Property at private developer KFT Investments, overseeing its development and asset management programs. He spent nine years at Woolworths Limited overseeing the strategic rollout of Woolworth’s retail business including supermarkets, Dan Murphy’s, Big W, petrol and BWS.

As Group Manager of Property Operations at Woolworths, Chris oversaw the management of more than 3,500 leases and numerous sub-regional and neighbourhood shopping centre developments and large-scale distribution centres. He has also held senior property roles at ALDI and McDonalds.
