Oreana Property - Paul Bourchier

As Director of Property, Paul heads up Oreana’s Major Projects portfolio in retail, commercial and mixed-use developments, overseeing the planning and delivery of retail and mixed-use assets.

With more than 20 years’ property industry experience, Paul has been directly involved in developments valued at over $3 billion and overseen the delivery of more than 20 major projects. He has also held roles in property finance, asset management and funds management.

Prior to joining Oreana, Paul spent six years as a Development Manager at Centro Properties Group, responsible for a project pipeline worth more than $1 billion. He has also worked in the Middle East for Majid Al Futt aim Properties, developers of high-profile projects including the Mall of the Emirates (Ski Dubai) and the Mirdif City Centre.
